About
Mighty Community Advocacy was founded for youth who are in need of advocacy in our country's current oppressive systems such as hospitals, courts, and educational institutions. We believe that all of our youth deserve body autonomy, trauma-informed care, agency over their own cases, access to culturally appropriate healing arts, and a thoughtful supportive reentry to a supportive peer community.

Policy & Advocacy
Since 2023 Mighty has supported families with birth, abortion, and miscarriage/loss in doula services contracted with medi-cal fee for service and managed care plans. With the medi-cal contracting Mighty's services expanded statewide. Mighty's doula services includes advocacy, know your rights education, and support with self-agency.

Healing & Wellness
Mighty works with The Joycore Project to support our youth and young families with perinatal cohorts with art-based wellness, access to green spaces, swim safety, and family events. All grants include barrier removal to participate in any of our events or programming.
