The Family Justice Clinic at the Legal Services Center provides early family defense services and collaborates with community partners to increase access to information about the family policing system. This includes representation in investigations by CPS, challenging adverse decisions and conducting Know Your Rights trainings.

While we prioritize cases from our referral partners, our decision to accept a case for representation depends on several factors, including the legal merits of the case, the client’s financial circumstances, and our available resources.
