We provide pre-petition interdisciplinary services to families under Child Protective Services (CPS) investigation or at risk of CPS Investigation to prevent family separation, court involvement and reduce the harms of the Family Policing System.

    We provide legal education and advice to parents under CPS investigation or at risk of CPS investigation. We connect families to legal resources for ancillary legal issues and provide direct representation in limited issues related to protective order, land lord tenant and family law issues. Parents located in Baltimore City and County can access our program through our intake line at (410) 368-0426.
